For as long as I have been creating photographs, I’ve always balanced client assignments with personal projects. My interest is in portraying the spiritual connection between the human and the natural world, so invariably I am drawn back to working with the figure, either in studio or on location. I’ve been gratified by the response to the work over the years. Please take a look at the Exhibitions page for information about past gallery shows.
In addition to shooting fine art nudes for myself, I shoot commissioned nude portraits. The opportunity to help someone celebrate their body in a safe and supportive environment is something I find deeply rewarding and enjoy tremendously. For information go the the Nude Portrait page.
Finally, because of my extensive background in fine art nude photography and joy in passing on my knowledge, I teach for such prestigious organizations such as The Santa Fe Workshops, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Focus on Nature in Iceland, The Anderson Ranch, and through my own private workshops, NudePhotoWorkshops.com. As an extension of that, I teach private mentorships in fine art nude photography for individuals who want to grow their skill set in a more personal and intensive manner. Information about courses and mentorships are at NudePhotoWorkshops.com.
